no foal yet, but today is so cold and rainy I was glad to learn no foal. I hope for Sunday,better would be Monday, then things will dry out more.

I understand that one. We had the storm the last few days so it is still wet and muddy and cold here... and very much hoping for no foal until it warms up a little over the next few days

her ph is between 6.4 and 6.0 so we should have a foal early Monday morning. Her pen is clean, drier, raked. after the foal is born I will put down more bedding. It did warm up today, with a slight breeze.that helped dry things out.will keep you posted.

it's a boy!!! he came at 4:30 this morning. were calling him Riddles Little Nugget, Pictures to follow soon. came home and collapsed. but did take pictures,and video of him up and about.

no I came home at 1 in the morning, felt I wasn't doing Stormy any good, every noise I heard I popped up like a jack in the box.Jim went to check on his way to work, and Nugget was just trying to stand, so he dried him off, friend came down then he came and got me.
he is so friendly, very curious,and is perfect. will have pictures tomorrow, have to download and such and i am not to savy on this new lap top, or my new video camera.
