Angela, you have a cutie there. He looks so sweet. and yes, time to play now - warm weather is here down south and it's been great to get out.
Amanda, Tesoro is looking really good, I can tell he's put on some weight. He looks pretty relaxed with you.

His ligaments are doing much better. He rarely ever limps, and never to the extent that he was in the corrals. He has gained some weight, but it's slow progress. I guess slow weight gain is the best right now, I don't want to force any growth or extra weight on his growing body. And I am in heaven! He's such a sweetie. Just looking at his pics makes me get that silly grin, lol. I can't wait until I can get a brush on his entire body and get rid of that matted up hair!

He's growing like a weed too and that takes a lot. In three months he's going to knock our socks off.

Amanda:
I am so thrilled that you ended up with Tesoro....That poor guy's video of him in the pen just made me cry....He needed you! And he's such a sensible guy and I'm with Dianne; he's going to absolutely KNOCK our socks off in a couple months! And hopefully have no more lameness issues...It's fun to play with these younguns, isn't it??

Daunte and La Ponderosa are both looking good....Daunte is just built great; he's my favorite of the two...My Kiger mare that I owned had 2 foals while she was here, 1 is very very laid back and 15.3h and the other is very very reactive and 14.2...They are full brothers! Funny the difference in siblings.
Dianne; thanks for the compliments....Jessi is 11 and thankfully inherited my love for horses...So nice to share a passion with one of my kids! She just got over a rough time; had a huge thyroid tumor that the Dr's thought was cancer; had neck surgery last Wednesday and thank God it's benign! So we are enjoying all the little things that make life so sweet right now more than ever.

That is wonderful about Jessi, that is such good news for all of you! I was out working with Daunte tonight and said to Kevin, "Man He's got a nice Butt!" He is bigger than our domestice bred 2 yr. old kigers

Kevin, I don't know what is more impressive, Duante's temperment, his trust and willingness, his size and build. Hmm maybe he just has it all! True blue Kiger! Love seeing this. Congratulations! Linda D

Angela, Thank God that Jessi will be fine. How lucky you are to have a daughter with your passion for horses. I am fortunate that way too. You two have also made such great progress with Cordero. He is coming along so well. Another congratulations. Linda D

Angela, you must have been so scared! What a relief, sounds like a celebration is in order.
Kevin, you do nice work. I don't know who is enjoying the snuggling more, Daunte or you, but I think its you!
