I liked this old grey Stallion, had I a place for a wild Kiger Mustang I would have been awful tempted to run home get a trailer. Give the old guy a good retirement home. I also liked this big boy he would have made a nice riding gelding he was built like a tank. Just big boned and big bodied, I like my Mustangs built solid. another view of him.. High dollar mare $7400 was paid for her adoption fee

Tiffany,
we had the same ideas! I was heartbroken over that grey stud - I just adored him. What a shame for him to live that long wild then end up like that. If we did not wind up adopting anything, we were going to get him and take a detour to Return to Freedom and let him live out his days more naturally.
The grullo colt with the white socks would make a great riding horse! I don't belive anyone adopted him. If I had been thinking straight, I would have picked him up for my sister - she would have LOVED him!
There were lots of nice studs that would have made terrific saddle horses...

Here's a couple of pics I got that I liked... This is a couple of babies at attention listening to everyone loading up.... This is the 7yr old stud that was adopted out of the first pen...I sure would like to see post-adoption pics of him and hear how he does...A friend of mine's Kiger stud was adopted at 7 and a good reminder that sometimes those "old" guys are not too bad! Anyways, here's the stud... Angela

So glad to hear the guy with the white socks was adopted. I sure liked him and thought he would make quite a flashy riden' horse!

Regarding the photos from FantasyKiger...last photo of the three mares. I believe this is a rather flattering shot of my little mare in the lead--I could be wrong.
I went to pick her up a few days after the adoption and she looked even thinner--sort of sad. But she is taking in the hay and is fattening right up.

Hey there Stacey!
How's the Kigers doing? Do you still think the mare is prego? Did you see on our other list that one of the mares aborted?
Hope everything's great with you and hubby is still liking the horses!

Stacey, I think that photo is of the 6-7 yo mares. Isn't your girl a 2yo?
There are photo's of Stacey's horses in my Fotki folder that is linked above.

Can anyone tell me about colts #8207 and #8208? They are going to be available on the internet adoption in January, and I'm very interested in them. I heard 8207 was adopted and returned... just trying to figure out why. If there's something wrong with him then I don't want to adopt him and have BLM ship him out here east to me and have to turn him down. Any feedback would be appreciated!
