Hi Shirley, We are located in Decatur, TN which is North of Chattanooga. The web site needs to be revamped, and updated with current pictures and information. Time has been the issue. Hopefully I'll find extra time to work on the site during the winter months. Thanks, Melissa

Barbs stallion Kiger Tiger I aka "Buddy" is nothing short of a grand old man. He is the sire of a mare I bred out of my pleasure driving champion mare Kiger Savannah. "Dani" now resides with Lisa in Wisconsin and can be seen on the video Lisa posted a link to on here under a horse expo thread. Dani is the apricot dun in the video. Kim

I just found Rowland Cheney's website. I new that he had one, but then it was taken off. This one looks like it is fairly recent since they have the stallion's 2009 fees up. classickigers.com/ .They have 3 stallions.

the Kings Kiger site is quite old. Seems the owners of Corral Creek Kigers finally updated their site. Had been severly outdated for some time.
I think Rowland puts up a site and then doesn't update it and then a year or so later puts up a different site. That is the way I have seen him do it over the years. He needs to do a grammer check and also a historical check on his site though. Would be terrible for a breeder asking those kinds of stud fees and trying to present himself in a professional manner not having correct grammer or even correct history on the horses he breeds.

We are in the very beginning stages of breeding and showing our Kigers. We have the two mares, adopted from the Riddle Herd, that we have bred to an Andalusian. Our Kiger stallion, Cisco de Mayo, is only 4 years old. We spent the first three years working with him on the ground and the last year under saddle. We have shown him in hand in IBHA shows (didn't do well as the QH always placed :Pbut that was ok as all we wanted to do was to get him out and acclimate him to other places) and did very well in his first 25 mile CTR a few months ago. We intend to start breeding him next year to outside mares. Leesa

G S ENTERPRISE KIGERS www.kigeranne.com Goodfield Equestrian Center is owned and operated by Larry and Melissa Scott. Our facilities were established in 1992. We are located in Decatur, Tennessee. We work with horses using a combination of methods used by successful horsemen from different equine disciplines. Our goal in working with horses is to promote a good attitude and willingness to please, along with the safety and well being of horse and rider. Our program is to assist Individuals with creating a logical and fundamentally sound program to achieve personal goals for themselves and their horses. If we achieve our goals, then we feel we have created a better atmosphere for horse and rider without creating a financial hardship. Time and effort is all that is expected from the people we work with. Achieving harmony between horse and rider is the ultimate reward. The rewards are lasting friendships with people we meet. MISSION STATEMENT Horses enter to learn, and leave to achieve. kigeranne www.kigeranne.com

Hi Everyone: Hope this note finds you happy and healthy and having the best holiday ever. I am a new member and since I saw my name in the opening post I thought I should say Howdy. My name is Sue Watkins and I am Kigers de los Californios. Which is a training facility near Sacramento, CA. I do not have any stallions so I do not breed., but if I did it would be a Kiger!! I train horses in the Californios Tradition, making good solid usin' horses that are a pleasure to be around. I show entry level in all disciplines. I have trained every breed from mini to draft and my dreams were answered when I finally ran across my first Kiger. I work hard to find quality young Kigers, give them a solid foundation then find them their forever home. I enjoy studying the history of the breed and color genetics. I do extensive outreach promoting Kigers and the KMA to the public. Please visit my website. www.kigersdeloscalifornios.com and/or email to receive the KCA newsletter. Thank you for creating this board, it is important Kiger owners have a place to communicate and learn. I look forward to chatting with everyone here and hopefully our trails will cross and we can meet face to face. My door is always open for travelers. I have room for layovers and can hold or transport horses if anyone needs to. Merry Christmas Sue Watkins Kigers de los Californios
