When Fantasy was a maiden mare I worried so much and she drug that pregnancy out so long. Way longer then this last one. I was rather surprised when she had the mule foal right after only dripping milk for one day. Fantasy also really worked up a sweat just before she gave birth to Wickee, I don't know if the whole new experience was stressful to her not knowing what was going on with her body or what. This time she had the mule without barely breaking a sweat thru ' the whole process.
Mari really looks close from her pictures of just her belly, to tell you the truth I am not sure what she is waiting for. Have you told it's OK for her to have the baby now...LOL ;D
