Lucky girl! and lucky colt as well. Great shots of him practicing all those big maneuvers, he's very serious about it and totally darling.

The new place is a work in progress! Got the pen fenced for mama and baby, got a temporary electric fence up for two other mares. Still need Tesoro's fence built and the main fence around the perimeter. Right now money is the holdup. Hopefully will have it done soon! T-man and the Belgian are still at the old barn. Stinks having to go to two separate places to take care of them all. But I won't move them until the fence is done.... no more accidents!

TONS of new pics, but can't get them on the computer! Hubby updated some hardware for me, now my card reader doesn't work.... I'll get on him to fix it!
Little Man is doing awesome. I still am not sure what to call him. If I keep him I'll decide later. If my friend takes him (like I originally planned....) she wants to call him Corazon di Picaro, which means Rogue Heart. He's growing like a weed. He loves to share mama's grain. He's a clown and loves to run and buck and jump and rear. He decided I was OK to play with, and tried rearing and biting and kicking at me.... I was not amused. He got his first halter, and sulked for two days, lol. Now he's fine with it. I don't leave it on him all the time. I don't want him to be able to snag himself on anything and don't want it to rub his cute lil' face.
As soon as I can get the pics uploaded to the computer I'll post them on here!

"Picture overload" is not in our vocabulary. Glad he is doing well and has learned you're not another colt to play with. I haven't been reared at but I've had lots of colts try to bite when they are tikes. They sure look surprised when it not only doesn't work but gets them in big trouble.

He could not be any cuter! He really is a handsome colt! What a scamp. I think the mistake turned out not to be. I wonder if he wiil be dark uner that foal coat? Adorable.
