Ed said to tell Cedar if the new owner doesn't like her, she is more that welcome back home, and that's saying something for Ed. He will miss her

Cedar is at her new home and settle right in. Her new owner, Carmen, is already in love. She was on a trip when Cedar arrived and had to make it very clear to her husband that this was her horse...LOL I've invited Carmen to join us here and I think she won't mind if I share a part of her email and a photo. How can you not love this horse??!! So is beautiful beyond words....her head and muzze are so fine....as in exquisite! She moves so gracefully and is so smart!!! We've been having a ball!! And I saddled her up and rode her for a few minutes in the front pasture....not much due to the heat. Love the way she travels!! She is quite spunky!! I am so excited with this horse, I can't believe it! She LIKES to be messed with....brushed, led around....mand and tail combed. I didn't give her a bath yet because you can tell she is not used to water being sprayed on her.....we will work up to that. For now, am just wetting brushes and cooling her off this way. She appears to be very happy here....and I am enjoying both messing with her and just hanging over the fence and watching her. She's just beautiful Dianne!!

I am so happy that Cedar has made it safely to her new home safe and sound. It puts a smile on my face to read how happy her new owner is. Even more so for you, I am sure Dianne.

Carmen is very happy with Cedar and still is so excited about her. She said she road her Sunday off by herself and she was fine. She is enjoying grooming her - as everyone here knows how much kiger's love to be fussed over Cedar has a great home. She is hoping to take her on a competative trail ride soon.

I gotta admit that when I saw Dianne sold Cedar I think my chin hit the ground. First because SHE SOLD CEDAR :-) Second because she didn't call me! :-) I've always thought Lark and Cedar are about the two prettiest mares I've seen. I remember a friend of mine once group Estrella with them in a converstation and I've been happy about that comparison ever since. hee hee I hope Cedar is doing well in her new home and hope she has settled in by now. LOL--Kristi my chin hit the ground too! I am glad Cedar is in Texas, though--so much closer to both of us, ha ha!

I'm glad she gets to go and do things with someone that pays special attention to just HER. I do miss her though. She and Chinny were going to be my forever horses. But they are both too good to be pasture ornaments.

I heard from Carmen - her and Cedar are doing great. She said she was her dream horse and has been riding her in the evenings. We have another kiger addict

Yep, thoroughly in love. I told her I didn't do anything, that's just the way it is when you get a Kiger.
