Those are lovely pictures of Lakota, what a beautiful mare. Bella has grown so much! And she looks so happy and healthy. She stayed super light too, I was wondering if she would. All the parts are nice, they'll come together eventually. I think you better put bricks on her if you don't want her tall, she is well on her way to being a tall girl. I love the ones of your niece as well. You know what you are creating for her parents don't you? Another Kiger lover.

Thanks Dianne! My niece is a horse lover period and has fell in love with Lakota and Bella! Yes bella has stayed light, which is good, that way I have 2 different colors We've had soooo much rain in the past 2 months, we've got grass growing out our ears. I've had to keep my 2 on the Jenny Craig Lot permanently until summer is over with. It's amazing by how little they eat and still stay so plump. They sure can't handle a lush green pasture for long. We let them out 1 or 2 hours a day to eat on the big pasture, then put them back up on the Jenny Craig lot, which is just enough grass for them to pick and walk, mostly walk I still want a pasture full of Kigers and will have that in a few years!! ha I want 1 or 2 more. and No, I dont NEED 1 or 2 more, but WANT being the key word

The halter pictures are just cute as they can be. It's fun watching young girls getting their first tastes horsenalities. They are just bound to catch the horse virus and be infected for the rest of their lives

I do have to say, one thing I miss in Firefly's coloring is that beautiful bicolored mane. She has no blond in her at all.

Firefly is still something to be seen - she's such a gorgeous girl!! I don't think she needs blonde in her hair to be noticed Thanks Tiffany - I used to have all geldings so all my stuff was boy colors, when I got my 2 girls, I had to start buying all girlie stuff
