Can you tell I'm really missing having foals this year? So I dug out the camera for pics of Quil and Mojito. Quil is out of Calista and Chinook and reminds me so much of her sister, Chickadee. Tall, elegant, sweet and a ton of hair. I really like how she moves. Here is Quil and Mojito together. They are best buds until he gets moved to the "guys only" pasture.

Nice filly....I really like to see the Charro grandkids because I love his fillies and belive they will really produce. Sycha is the only one we have so far and her foals are really nice and have Charro stamped in them as well. Would love to see picts of both her and Mojito moving too...!!! Love that hip angle on her and bet she can really flex it!

Chinny's been rather cooped up during his spell in a barn for work. No turn out, although he gets worked every day. But tonight I turned him loose in the huge sand arena and oh boy did he cover the ground. Canter is his favorite gait and he has SPEED and coordination at the gallop as well as beautiful movement. I think he and Charro complement each other well. Quil's big sister is doing back country search and rescue. They are doing so well, tied all night on a tie line for the first time and her owner got to open up on a logging road in a pretend accident practice. She can pick up and book as well! Quil is so quick to pick up new things. She thinks about it and offers something to see if its right. What a joy to train them when they are this way.

Thanks for posting pictures of her! I was just wondering how she was maturing. So I am glad for the glimpse.

I love your black beauty ;D She has always been a favorite of mine sense the day she foaled. I just know she will be a very impressive mare.
