I am posting three pictures of Firefly, not the best pictures, but she always wants to be looking at me and it makes it hard to get good pics I'm looking for a critique of how she measures up to the standards as far as conformation and such. Let me know if I need to get better pictures. I'll have someone hold her while I take them.

I'm going to be working with her only very lightly for a while, I re-injured an old injury this morning. About Twelve or so years ago, I pulled the cartlidge away from my sternum. It hurts to breath right now, sneezing and coughing truly sucks and bumps in the road are not currently on my list of fun things either. I'm still taking care of the chickens, playing with Firefly and playing with the cats and dogs (I babysit a friends dog here and there). I'm just having to be more careful with it. I can't twist around or really look over my shoulder or anything. Firefly is having fun with the dogs and the chickens though so she'll be at least somewhat entertained.

I can not find a fault in her. From these pictures it looks like she is my idea of what a perfect Kiger would be! YOU should breed her to Dino, WOW!!!, that would be ONE nice baby I think. ;D Lisa

She sure is Springtime's daughter, almost a clone. I absolutely agree, Dino would be an awesome choice in stallions! I think he is wonderful, and has just the right temperament too! If Kevin could be the one to train it when it came of age it would be guaranteed to be a winner! If the baby is a colt and favors Dino you could call him Dino's Ditto.

She's really very lovely. I like her hip a LOT, main fault in Kigers is a poor hip. Very nice length to her back, wide through the loins, pretty head and as I remember from other photos a really nice eye. The only thing that I could improve is just window dressing, I do love a bi-colored mane and tail, but that's small stuff. Best of all she has a great mind and a willing heart. And that's the very best about Kigers. Almost forgot, she has a nice withers! That will make saddle fit so much easier.

I do love the bi-coloring too. She's got some, but not very much really. She has rubbed off her mane a bit but now that she's here, she doesn't do near as much rubbing, some of that bi-coloring will come back. She's not a heavily marked girl, but I just love her base color

One time, when money was so extremely tight, I put her up for sale. Within hours of putting the ad in, I started to get sick. I got physically very sick and stayed sick until I said I just can't do this and I took her off the market. I got better very quickly and The funny thing is, the same day I took her off the market, someone offered me full price for her. I told the fellow that the Lord is ever so much smarter than me and that He waited until I got my brains back and took the ad of before he allowed anyone to anser it. Firefly was standing right there next to me while all that was going on.
