I know a horse transport driver whom I contacted regarding the grey stallion. She said she would be happy to help if he gets to OK.
She asked me to tell you that she is available for hauls within 1200 miles of her home in central Texas.
She says:

assist rescues in the region of Texas, Oklahoma, New
Mexico, Arkansas and Louisiana. With a certain amount of
notice and negotiation, I can even go further than that.
