Seasons Greetings

I finally have a few minutes to relax and with coffee in hand sit at my computer this morning to attempt to catch up on past posts. In a little while I will get back into the kitchen and finish preparing for our annual Noche Buena (Good Night) Christmas Eve party. Always a lot of work but an enjoyable event to spend cherished time with my family. I also think back on the past year and how grateful I am for my loving husband and children, family, friends, good jobs (for now at least) and our beautiful and loving four legged companions; horses, dogs and cat.

I would like to take this moment to wish each and every member of this group best wishes for the Holidays; bless you all, and hope everyone has a safe and Happy New Year!
