Fantasy is doing OK. I have had to dismantel the foal stall to assure her he is not in there and gone. I have had to lead her thru the area a few times to reassure he is not there. She is doing pretty well now that he is out of sight. She is with the herd and they comfort her especially her buddy Claudia she is always at her side.

Oh Tiffany - I am sooo sorry to hear about Fernando...It is so hard to lose something that has been so long in coming and so eagerly waited for. I feel so bad for you.

I am doing much better, I spent a few days away from the barn and hidden away in my greenhouse. Not a bad thing, my greenhouse is looking good all weeded and cleaned out. Ready for planting as soon as the central Oregon weather promises not to deep freeze no more  I have been helping my daughter build her cages as she wants to get back into raising meat rabbits. I am going back to the barn today, to clean out the barn tear apart panels and rearrange the stalls and bring in new sand and dirt. It is time to start back to work with everyone and riding again....the sun is shining and it is time to take steps forward. Fernando was fabulous, I can say that now with out being brought to tears, so I am much better. |

am glad your doing better, It is hard , but as someone else said you have some wonderful memories, and pictures of a special guy. so what are you going to grow in your green house..I love garden vegies that I have grown they just tend to taste so much better...

I do grow veggies and plant seeds for flowers I will later plant in my gardens and flower pots around the house.

cool, veggies are so good when home grown, flowers are such a pretty thing sent to us form above so we can see such beauty. I do not have a green thumb, my hubby does.
