Looking for a saddle

I'm in need of a saddle for Sandy. Probably a cutting horse saddle as it needs to have a high gullet. Measurements I need are:

7" gullet width
8-9" gullet height
15-16" seat
3/4 or 7/8 rigging

Haven't got a lot of cash on hand at the moment, but could trade another saddle as full or part trade.

Thanks for checking. I've been looking down in OR's craigslists...wonder if I somehow missed your's or if I thought the gullet would be too low? It sure looks wide enough.

Sandy's got withers, though, in combination with broad shoulders, so fitting is difficult and it seems cutting saddles are the only ones that come close.

I did take measurements and that saddle I have, will not fit properly.
