Has anyone made and attempt to venture over to the SMKR Kiger Board aka the old Kiger Board ? I know it has been pretty quite over there, but I do check in from time to time and the last few days I have been getting a 'domain not exist mess.'

I haven't been there in probably over two months now. I am wondering how Bettye is doing but the rest I don't miss too much.  ETA: "The rest I don't miss..." being the bickering, not the people. I am glad most of the people visit this board and are civil. I appreciate that! |

I had several CKMR members say the same thing. I guess I have not been there in 2 or more months either. I will have to check it out.

I know the last time Bettye posted a mess. she was preoccupied with personal and family responsibilities which left little time to tend to the board. I do hope she is doing Ok and all is well.
As this board is not affiliated with any registry, I do think it helps to keep things on the lighter side, more about horses and people.

Just heard from Bettye; she is ok....She does not have internet access right now so she cannot monitor the board (which needs alot of monitoring; vbg) and thus pulled the plug on it......She has got alot going on and I'm not sure if the SMKR board will ever be back.....

Thank You for the heads up on Bettye. I am glad to hear she is OK.
While I am just fine with the Ole' Kiger board being left behind to forge forward. I do hope the SMKR continues into the future and considers opening up another mess. board where it's members can communicate and get information.
