last night here in AZ and Arabian Stallion sold at auction for 2.8 million dollars. I was flabergasted to say the least. just wanted to pass on the information...

Do you have any info on the horse? I used to show/breed Arabs, be interesting to know what bloodlines!

Arabians are my first love. Always have been. *Bask was legendary and Baske Afire is double back through sire and dam. He's exceptional, but personally I can't see 2.8 million. It's crazy.
I also love Crabbet lines, my mare was high % CMK. I love Fadjur, Serefix...also. I tend to lean more towards the fully build than the lean egyptian types.
But anyway.....I digresss...as this is not about Arabs

Ahhh, yes, Arabs were my first love. Had Babson Arabians, heavy built...everyone would ask me what they were crossed with! In fact the mare, Chilli, I used to breed was half Babson Arab/PRE, so we still have some of those lines around!
