Does anyone have Windows Vista on there computer? I can't print off anything off a PDF file and my pictures all look long and tall on my screen. It didn't look like that on my windows XP. anyone have any suggestions?

We purchased two vista boxes, one after the other thinking the first was defective. Both were sent back and we went back to our xp professional boxes. We found vista to be cumbersome and overloaded with hand holding. We were just all around very unhappy with them. If you still have your xp box, I'd say go back to it.

well when my old computer was rebuilt, the guy put xp back in it, but I can't find where to copy the the back up disc. I never had one for it to begin with. But if I did get it and put it on here, wouldn't I lose all my pics and everything I have on here now?, I"m so computer illiterate LOL

If you copied the back up disk back onto the computer, the only thing that would be done would be if the files are on both, it should ask you if you want to overwrite the file on the computer. The only way you would loose everything on the hard drive is to erase the drive, aka format it and or remove the dos partition. Otherwise, everything should go back on without touching what's there.
