We're trying to get a new WA State Mustang Club formed up here and will be holding a drawing for Firecracker, our 4 year old brown mare to help raise funds for the 501 c3. She's a bit head shy at the moment, but I haven't worked with her since late Feb due to the mustang challenge commitment. She does join up, easily picks up front feet and lets me handle the hind ones (we'll have all four trimmed before the drawing.) She's been saddled. She and my daughter just never really clicked as a team and she's found a new mustang that looks like he'll work better for her. I think FC has some pretty catty moves and would do quite well for someone who wanted to work cattle. FC is roughly 14-14.1 hands. She's listed as brown but has a definite, broad line back and some barely visible barring on legs and shoulders. Tickets are a donation of $1 each, or 25 for $20. We'll be holding the drawing in conjunction with our mini-adoption event at the Northwest Washington Fair on Saturday, August 16. I can deliver in Western WA if needed. A BLM adoption contract is required. I don't know if this is more classified or not, but figured it'd get more views here. If it needs to be moved, no problem. And if anyone in WA is interested in helping to get a mustang club up off the ground here, please let me know *edited because since we're not a non-profit yet, we can't hold a raffle...so we're holding a drawing instead *
