Carrots all around and congratulations Bobbe! She's very feminine and sweet, with really nice angles and conformation. Can't wait to see her at a week when she's all fluffed out. Her tail is very light for a dun, does she have a pinkish cast to her coat? I wonder if she will be grulla?

Thanks for the nice comments. Linda, you must be reading the same article I did about facial whorls and personalities. Both the new fillies have the extended whorl. I am posting a pic of Noni (half sister and aunt to the new filly)below. She is 5 wks old. Dianne thought from the first pics of Noni that I posted that she might be red dun. I still don't know what color either of them will be, but it is fun to watch, and I always wanted a grulla. My stallion is a rich dun shade with red and light highlights ( the light ones are emerging as he ages) in his mane and tail and his dorsal is never black it is sort of a dark brick shade for most of the year. I think Noni is getting darker see pic, but we'll see. I tried to show her reddish dorsal.
