Last year Linda D & I participated in the 2007 Celebration of the Horse. We have been invited to participate again this year!! The event gave the Kigers a great deal of exposure, and was just plain fun. I was searching for the website www.celebrationofthehorse.com/ and happened to find a link at the bottom of the page featuring 2007 pictures. Stop by and take a look. There are thumbnails on the left side of the page, and the selected picture is magnified on the right side. Check it out and see if you can find the Kigers ;D. Yep - I found ya!! How cute - he's a gorgeous boy, he's got a gorgeous head!! Be sure and take more pics this time so you can share. When is it?

Can't wait for pics of this year! We are also attending a "celebrate the horse" expo this year on the 4th of July weekend. I'll be taking Savannah, Kody and possibly Banner.

This year the Celebration of the horse is September 27 & 28th, with the parade of breeds on Sunday. I am hoping to talk Linda into bringing one of her horses again this year. There was a picture of her and Spring in the parade. Did anyone see that one?  Rocky and Spring both seemed to soak up all the attention! That could have been all the free horse treats that they handed out to the kids though. ;D Ellen |
