Thank you Michelle for posting the photo of me having a lesson on my coming 7 year old gelding. My Kiger Star N Stripes aka "Banner" is a full brother to Ellen's Rocky, bred by me. They are both sired by Ki. After I aquired Banner last year I sent him to a local trainer who unfortunately severely abused Banner. I removed him from there as soon as I realized what was going on, but it has taken a long time and a lot of patience ( and a month worth of Chiropractic care right after the abuse ) with a very kind trainer who comes to my house twice a week to work with Banner and I for me to finally be getting back on him. So it's a really big deal for me.

Sad to hear what the trainer did to banner - oohh, Id be fighting mad - awful to think you pay someone and put your horse in there care for something like this to happen. hopefully you and banner can move on past this - good luck and keep us posted on your progress.....

I am soooo glad that Banner is doing so well! I can't wait to see what you two accomplish! If Banner is anything like his brother the sky's the limit!
