Does this count as cobwebbing? Or is his face just darker than the rest of his body...?

Does not look like cobwebbing...hard to tell as he is shedding out. Looks like some sooty coloring, but who knows - maybe some markings under that winter hair!

I have a question about cobwebbing, I have a horse we know nothing about just what we have been told he is the one I call my big galloot, i was told he is part QTxTb cross. He has that on his head, stripes behind his front legs, dark line down his back. dark tipped ears. will try to post a picture of him, I have pictures of him posted somewhere other then photobucket. could he have Kiger or mustang in him with these same markings .

I can see it now! No, that is not cobwebbing. As Michelle speculates it might be some sooty marking, hard to tell as he is shedding.
Lisa, that is that cute little baby sired by Creek with the cobwebbing isn't it??
Nola, Dun factor markings aren't exclusive to Kigers/Mustangs. Many QH's are dun, so that could be where your "galoot" gets his!! Kim
