Hello all,
I know a lady who's trying to find out more information on her 1/2 kiger she purchased. She was bred to a full kiger stallion whom she was told was shown and she saw a pic of him and was absolutely gorgeous. Her dam was a TB. She's so proud of her (horse's name is Kiger) She road her in her first parade a few weekends ago and she did wonderful. She's very pleased with her, however, the lady she bought her from was not very reliable on some things. So Im trying to help her, here's all she knows based on the previous coggins. This horse is a mare and is not registered right now. The name on the coggins was Echo Hawk. She's approximately 5 years old.
Previous owner and breeder was : (based on previous coggins)

Redmond Or 97756
Any help Im sure she would greatly appreciate. Im going to try and attach a pic of Kiger...

You need to have an account on photobucket to store your photo's or some type of photo site like that. Then you simply copy and paste the ![]() link directly to the post. Do make sure your picture is not to large. You can edit the size of your picture once you have uploaded it to photobucket by clicking edit, resize, then pick website size. |

Hi Angel,
This information showed up in an Inerenet search for the breeder. Your friend could call her and inquire about the sire of her 1/2 Kiger. I can't vouch for the accuracy of the information.

Hey Angel,
I would venture to guess that with a name like Echo Hawk, the sire of your friends mare is likely Kiger Hawk who is owned by Randy & Kristi Billinger ( Tornado Alley Kigers ) in Wellsville Kansas. Would stand to reason since the other info coming up connects her to Kansas as well.
Just a thought.

Ok...I checked with Kristi and this is her response about the possibility of her being a Kiger Hawk baby...Hope it helps...Sorry it's not the answer! :

I did lose track of one Hawk baby but the dam was a
gorgeous paint quarter horse mare who was sold with
baby at side.
We've never bred a TB and we've owned Hawk for 7
years. Other
than that I know where all of Hawk's babies are for
the last 7 years. I think there's only been about 7
besides our own horses. I don't think that mare is a
Hawk baby because I don't know how that Oregon coggins
info would have ever entered the picture.
