Tyee is back from the trainer, he did well. He's posted on Dreamhorse, $4,500 firm. For pictures go to canyoncreekkigers.com and click on the photo album link. Tyee is out of Chinook and Cedar, intact stallion, eight years old. Located at West 12 Ranch in Lodi, CA. I'll be requiring a session in person with the trainer (and his approval) as part of the purchase.

Congratulations to Stepanie O'Brien for her purchase of Tyee. Can't wait to see all the fun they have together. She'll be getting more training for him and maybe try some reining in addition to lots of miles on trails.

Thank you to Dianne for allowing me to fall in love with such a superb boy. As stunning as he is in those pictures, he is even more so in person. I literally pulled him out of his pasture, tacked him up w Jim and hopped on. He was as much of a gentleman as you could ask for, light, flexible and tries hard. How could you not love a horse that is as good minded as he is handsome? The excitement is eating me up :-)

Well, Tyee is now in his new residence (for the next few months) for continued training :-) I'm so excited to get rollin' with him. I'm leaning towards reining with him, I have always liked reining and think he might do well and enjoy it. We have to show everyone that he's more than just a hunky guy!
