That's one nice colt! Dollie did a great job on him. I love how the Kiger boys are so social and loving attention.

Handsome boy! I am so glad that you started this thread. I was going to suggest it. I would love to see before and after pictures, a baby picture then yearling, and even older. I think it helps to train my eye of what to look for in foal conformation.

That's a very handsome boy. It sounds like his personality is similar to Dusk - the only way I can get pictures of anything but her nose is to have someone hold her!

How young do you want? Day of birth a few days old or a few weeks?

Here is Frodo at about an hour old. Here is Frodo about 12 hours old. Dollie was such a good mama, but she didn't want me too close for the first three days. I was about three weeks out from having my own baby at this point and i was lucky to have been able to catch her to clean her up a little and dress her shoulder (I am guessing she was stung by a bee about 6-7 hours before she foaled and she rubbed a nasty hole into her shoulder, now brown hair has grown in) 2 Days old 5 weeks 3 1/2 months Baby woke up if you want more let me know.

His hip angles and shoulder angles stay the same from the first photo to the last, also where is neck comes out high at the should and where it blends into the withers almost as if it were one continuous line. I think he is built to be a jumper!! He is gorgeous!!!!

Haha I'm thinking of going into jumping and working equitation with him but I think he would do well at dressage as well so he could probably do eventing
