I had to post this it is not in my nature to make fun of anything but this is so bizarre I just had to post it. I am guessing the dad was a zebra donkey cross. I believe a half zebra would be sterile, so I don't think there is a lot of truth to it....I agree, and WHY did we cross that anyway?!

that's just strange. I don't see any zebra in the animal, but the quality of the animal isn't great either.

Hybrids are sterile 99% of the time. My daughter has 2 zonkeys and they look amazing. I have seen some that are ugly. Depends on what type donkey and what type of zebra are being crossed. I would not recommend zonkeys to anyone but the most experienced trainers. This poor horse doesn't even look draft, and certainly not zebra.
