I suppose you guys usually drive up there, with horse trailers in tow, but so far it looks like I'm going to have to fly into Redmond and drive for 3 hours to get to the corrals. It that really the easiest way to get there?
If so I'm thinking about just flying into Portland or Seattle and meeting up with my Dad for a father daughter road trip to pick out a new pony.

Yah flying into Portland would be easy. Especially if you have good company for the drive!
It's 5 hours to Burns form Portland.

I tihnk living on an island has spoiled me. It doesn't take 5 hours to circle the entire island.

Wow twisting... jealous! lol I want to live on an island! Of course I also want to own the whole thing and have my own private air strip so I can go to the mainland to get groceries when I need them as well, lol

I was actually hoping I could get you guys to help me pick out/pick up a new mustang. I didn't want to ask until I had a time frame settled. Right now it's looking like late June early July. Though I'm going to talk to the folks at work and see if there is any way I can push my training back a little bit and go to the auction June 1st and 2nd.

You really don't need an auction to adopt. In fact we feel it is better to just go pick one out and adopt it. Kevin and I would love to go with you but we will be competing in the Extreme Mustang Makeover June 29th thru July 1st.

Fun... a trip to Burns corrals, that sounds exciting. I know you will enjoy your time there Twisting.
