I'm going to be working with Firefly in bowing and in laying down on cue. As always, I do a huge amount of research all the time. It seems that in getting a horse to learn to lay down on cue and stay down, you build their trust in you exponentially. I really want to build that up even more. So we'll be working on that Once I have her doing it on cue, I'll post pictures and maybe video clips

Worked with Firefly some today with no halter or anything. Holding her front foot up, got her to sway backwards some as the beginning to the bow. I'd love to get her to do this without the help of external aids. I'm positive she can do it, it's just a question of whether I can lol She backs up with just my hand in front of her very consistently. She moves her hips away from me when I point at them fairly consistently. We've not worked on her shoulder yet. When I start to loose her attention, I give her a pet and a good girl and walk away from her a distance. She comes running after me ready for more, lol
