Hello, I just wanted to introduce myself as I have recently joined the Kiger forum! I have had the awesome opportunity to work on the ranch with Michelle and her husband Eric several years back and at that time Michelle sold me my first Kiger Hija. Do to personal issue I had to take a leave for a while but I am now back at the ranch! Sometimes I think I have won the lottery not only was I introduced to a breed of horse that I had never know and ![]() now love[/img], I have access to a wealth of knowledge that could have taken a lifetime to even discover. That being said I love my Kiger Hija, the personality of the Kiger is what everyone should have for a horse(I think). I look forward to getting to know all of you and your 4 legged friends! Does anyone know how to post a pic under your profile....I tried but could not get it to work. |

Worked thanks! This picture is a prime example of why I love this breed so much...when I don't want to mow the lawn I let the horses out to do it for me. I was out on my covered porch having a drink and grilling fajitas when I here clop, clop, clop, on my concrete porch and who is it....Hija, no one else came to visit but her and she spent most of her time with me despite the fact that her pasture mates were off doing something different. I love this breed!

Glad that you are onboard! I wih I could do an internship at Michelle's or Sink's, Kim's or Dianne's. Lucky you to be able to spend time there.

Thanks, like I say sometimes it's like I've won the lotto not only do I now own a Kiger but I have Michelle and Eric ;D. I am in horse heaven...to bad we all don't live close, think of the things we could do with this breed then!
