Stella out and about

I took my 4 year old mare, Stella to a local schooling show yesterday, just to start getting her out and experiencing things. We rode in the warm up arena for a long time and she was very good with all the commotion. Then we entered green horse trail class. She was great with all the obstacles, but lacks a finished show jog and lope. We got 3rd out of 5. Lil

and maybe you can tell it was raining; it was actually 34 degrees and raining!

I'm impressed by your gumption. It was too wet and cold for me to even be out at the pasture! She looks lovely Lil. So Kim did you train Stella??

Oh, heck no, Dianne! Lil did everything with Stella herself! And what a great foundation she puts on a young horse! chris and I are both just envious of her ability and the results she gets from her young'uns. I only take credit for Stella being sired by Fuego.
