Michelle thought probably about 4 am this morning. She was on the ground when she went down to the barn this morning.

Sorry I haven't posted these yet. Have been super busy. We have named her Calixta (Ka-licks-ta) and we are calling her Cali. She is a lot different than Mari. Cali is pretty spicy and Mari is really easy going. She is such a great mom, very attentive but not nervous. When Cali would run, Mari would have to run too! This is the most movement I had seen out of Mari

Nothing like a newborn foal to get those laid back Mustang mares moving. My mare from the wild really is a non-mover she needs serious motivation. Which made her easy to ground train, the reward of standing still was great. She became easy to catch, she really did not want to run away. Yet those foals would get them moving as they feel the need to keep close to the youngsters. I love the new pictures, she is really a precious looking filly.

Super nice neck on your little girl, and very cute! I love pictures of them running for the joy of moving.
