They are all so gorgeous. I'm definately gonna have to try to go to the next adoption. I think my favorite stud on the site is the first one listed. I love his fine ears and big jaw.

I'm like a lot of what I see. Michelle, that colt has a great neck too! Andi Harmon posted pictures on her Facebook page of some of the mares and foals in the pens.

The first stallion, 1123, is pretty beat up, must have been fighting very recently. But he is NICE, his calm demeanor and lack of white makes me wonder if he is this guy, that we saw with the grulla colt and his wide blazed brother. If anyone wants a great colt, the wide blazed yearling (would be two now) was so gentle and sweet comforting his younger brother. Mom was super skinny and wasn't feeding the little one when we were there. They all made it through the winter so must have been a temporary thing.

H-yes, that colt looks like Mari. In the pictures that Sarah put up, the little mare with the colt trotting REALLY looks like Mari - she even trots like her. Plus, the dark dun (brown dun) mare with no white (front view in one picts and single side view in another) looks like Nesa hands down. Her neck set is a little lower, but the front shot is Nesa all the way and the side conformation is very close. And I do not need another horse.

Would like to here opinions on the % of mares that may be in foal for next spring?

My parents keep telling me the same thing Mrs.Michelle LOL. How can you help it though when these guys are just so addicting. I also saw the horse that resembles nesa. They really do have the same type of stride and everything.

I just talked to Patty at the Burns BLM office. Catalogs will NOT be mailed out this year. They said all horses will be listed on this website with multiple pics. I kind of like that better, more pics and better resolution. Catalogs will be available to pick up when we arrive in Burns.
