Had some spare time to follow around the herd after turnout this morning...fun to see the dynamics and how they have developed.

Nivea - shedding out and bulking up! She is the most social of the QH crosses we have had - she is also the most active, not quiet like most of them:

Zerlina has the best head shots! She is so sweet and social - loves the younger foals and plays well with everyone. While Max is sweet in the stall, when he is out in the pasture - he is all business. Zerlina is sweet anywhere and any time!

LOVE the pics! Max is so funny with his antics! I am sure you wished for the dun color on those foals, but I am just IN LOVE with the rich and deep colored bay foals you have got going on there! One of these days I wish to have a Spanish type Sulphur with that beautiful rich bay color and jet black mane and tail.... *dreaming* Would be great if he was a stallion quality horse as well. I also want a true jet black stallion one of these days.... sigh...

I am also really curious as to how Zerlina will shed out. Can't say I have seen a grulla with a cream gene!

I don't mind the colors at all, especially on such nice babies and I do love the rich colors too...Zerlina is not a grulla, she is a dun w/cream making her a dunskin. Sycha has the cream gene, so she is a grulla w/cream. Most likely her daugther from two years ago, Chiva, is also grulla and cream considering she was born looking like a light buckskin instead of the dun that turns grulla. Colors sure are fun!

WOW what eye candy you have Michelle! You have some gorgeous well-built foals!!! And I have to say Zerlina has one of the prettiest most feminine heads I've ever seen on a filly!!! If ONLY I lived closer and could come see them in person......thanks for the shots, I love seeing your horses!!!!

Yes, very nice eye candy... I love them all and envy your trips out to the pasture. I woulld love to be able to go and sit and watch them all play.

I love them all too! I think Zerlina is my favorite though, love her color and her pretty face:-)

I love Troy, he reminds me a lot of Cruiser at this age - another dark dun... I like them all, Zerlina has an awesome shoulder on her, but Vida is my fav.

I can't even pic a favorite from these awesome foals, but Zerlina does have a gorgeous head/face. Everyone of them is outstanding! Kudos to you.

WOW they all look so great ...Max is so tall, he is really going to be impressive. The girls are so pretty. Deja' sure looks like her big Sis'. I like Zerlina in her roman foal mane ;D Thaks for posting updated pics ...it is really ganna be fun watching this group grow up.

Lol...if I had to say good morning like that I would be exhausted before the day even started. Zerlina looks like she is sweet as pie and should be a model for a plush doll. All your babies look stellar.
