Sage finally had her baby. It's a filly. She looks like she has a white beard on her face. Her whiskers are soooooooo long. She is a dun with a white blaze and may have one white sock. Will post pictures later this evening. Have to wait for my wife to get home and take them....

Awesome!! Love the pict of the two mommas together. You stallion really stamps those foals. The filly looks bigger than the colt already or is that just the picture angle? Congrats again - great year!

You are right the filly is bigger. We love her tornado blaze. She seems to be pretty laid back but not near as inquisitive as the Colt.

Well I was thinking of naming this filly "Kiger Vientoso" aka Windy/Wendy. Thinking of naming that Colt "George" cause he is so curious and gets into everything he can. However, Kiger Tornado is a Definite possibility for this filly. If she is anything like her sire and dam she is gona be a big solid horse. I think she would be one heck of a roping horse...................................Was sure hoping her to be a he...

Awww, such a nice filly. Nice pictures too. I like the name Tornada. I thought you could only use the Kiger at the beginning of the name if the horse came from the wild, or do I have that confused with something else?

Who is the sire? I was sorta assuming it was Charro until I read what Michelle said! So exciting that foaling season has arrived! Love all that flashy chrome on these babies so far!

She absolutely adorable, congratulations on two very fine foals. I too am a fan of the photo with both mom's and foals.

The Sire is my Foundation KMA registered Stallion. We call him Oregon but his registered name "Kiger Atractivo Grande". I believe your correct about the Kiger prefix as far as the KMA is concerned but not to the other registries...... I have my mares and stallion registered in the KMA, ABRA, and IBHA. Oregon is pictured in the avatar and the filly is the only one of four that he has thrown with a full blaze. Here is a pic of Lilly our first baby out of him two years ago. She was half quarter horse.
