I am in a very sad situation, where I am keeping my horses is being sold soon. A big bomb drop on me. I am sadly going to have to place a few of my horses. I just cannot afford to board 6 horses:( I will be placing them on a free lease/adoption. They cannot be sold or given away. Will ask for a contract and refs. Some of them have been with me their whole life. This is breaking my heart. I would prefer them to stay within a few hours of me so I can check on them sometimes. Please email with questions. george_dusty@hotmail.com 1st is a 7 yr old perlino QH gelding, about 15.3 hands. He has been trained western pleasure and was shown some. Needs an experienced rider, for he gets bored easy and will test the rider if you stop paying attention. Is trained for leg cues and seat. I have invested so much in him, but a perfect loving home is most important! 2nd is a reg pinto mare (solid) about 14 hands, 4 yrs old. Was green broke last year. I have only had her a few months:( She is bred to a reg gypsy vanner stallion for a March-June baby, looks like sooner than later. Just asking around what I paid for her $1,800. 3rd is a Kiger/QH cross 14.2 hands, she needs a very special home. She is Insulin Resistant if you do not know what it is please don't ask about her. She is prone to founder, must stay on meds and dry lot except a few short hours out with a muzzle. She is 15 yrs old. 4th is a 15.1 hand TB/QH/Paint mare, 10 yrs old. She is a boss mare in the field, anyone can ride her. Broke english and western, and trails.

Sorry to hear about your situation......I wish you lots of luck with your horses! Sometimes the local 4H horse program in our area helps out with situations like that....maybe your local 4h horse program or pony club might be of assistance?
