Have you checked into monthly cost of an portable outhouse for a restroom? With very few folks using it and only very few times when they would have to come out and clean it out the cost may be minnimum. Might be a better thought then the back side of the barn, when it gets built, sense you say trees are none existent and I take it there are even fewer bushes...LOL
of course your very own bathroom would be awesome or even a permit to dig your very own outhouse even.
