Registration Numbers

I was hoping someone could tell me how to find out the registration numbers to my horse's sire and dam. I can't get a hold of the breeder and I wanted to send in the papers. Just thought someone might have a good suggestion for me Thanks for the help!

You can go to www.uskigers.com/, they have a lot of Kigers with their registration numbers there.
