Thanks for all the nice comments, and yes, I am in LOVE with this filly! She is tenacious as all get out and doesn't have an ounce of quit in her and I adore her! I'll be getting a video of her this week...she just floats when she moves and her feet barely touch the ground. She has Charros' hindend to the extreme and just sits back on it all the time to roll back and shoot off the other way. Her name is Que Sera Sera, so far we are calling her Casey.

Since Sycha is in heat, Casey now has foal scours and her bum is a mess. She is not happy about it at all! When she sees me, she comes running and calling to me to help her out. She will stand while I hose her butt off - yes, hose it off; then rub it dry with a towel and slather her with Desitin. As soon as I do, she lays down and relaxes.
She is a hoot; just demands to have attention! However, with that also comes her wanting to be bossy, which she is quickly learning does not work. She used to march right up to me and be pushy, but has learned to stop just outside my personal space until she is invited and is even now standing still to be loved on instead of trying to rub all over me. Casey is a super quick learner and it is facinating to watch her develop her mind day by day. She is not afraid of anything and will actually come toward noises to see what is going on. She is just a gem...
