George,
No, Lacy Lady is in Alabama with two Stone daughters. I sold them several years ago. I doubt very much that Stone was DNA'd by his breeder. If you want to email me, I will discuss with you. hhf40@yahoo.com
And to all, in no way am I knocking this little stallion in MD. I am certain he would be a great horse in the right hands. I had his sire, dam, and several full siblings, and others on here also have full siblings. Someone with experience needs to get this horse and work with him. Once you get him to join up with you, he'll be easy to work with. His sire was the same way when we got him, and ended up in Illinois being ridden by a young girl - as her first horse.

He does seem like a nice stallion, just like so many horses in general out there that are not handled or trained and develop issues, and it just keeps getting passed around from person to person, but Im sure with the right person, they would really have a nice horse. I would suggest gelding him first, that would help. I hope someone gets him and takes the time with him!! Im sure he deserves it by now!

Where is everyone that said they would like to start rescuing Kigers in need? If I can figure out a way to get him here to me, he has a home (and a gelding appt!)! MD Is just so far away from me. Anyone planning a trip south sometime soon?

I am sure this economy has knocked everyone back. I can't take another "project" horse around here, as it is, between Eric and I, we have to work/ride twelve horses a day at this point...
Maybe you can get some prices on transport and people can pitch in to help with cost?

Now I can't get in touch with the owner.... she hasn't emailed me back in 2 days. I have a friend that can move him down here to me in 2 weeks, just for cost of gas. Anyone have a phone number for the owner? All I have is an email.
