I think you are thinking of someone else, Kim-- the lady who founded the Canadian registry's name is slipping my mind, though.  I think I saw Doc Romeo somewhere else on the net, but again--not sure where. |

I thought Doc was Kelly in Canada's? Is Kigermustang1 Kelly? Just curious... If so, go ahead and show him off! We don't mind.  |

Just to clearify, My name is Karen. Yes I know Kelly and I have leased her mare Shasta. We live about 25 to 30 minutes away from each other. Yes she runs the Canadian Kiger Mustang Registry and still owns Shasta, I am only leasing her, I did not buy her. Perhaps this will help to clearify things.
I did visit Horse Barn USA and contacted the owner of the site. He owns Doc Romeo the stallion mentioned in this thread.
Doc Holiday was owned by someone else in the CKMR. He is not the same Kiger. Doc Romeo is freeze branded and Doc Holiday was domestic bred. (A red Dun according to Kelly) Doc Holiday is the sire to the foal I am expecting. I will ask Kelly if she can send me a picture of Doc Holiday so I can post it here for everyone to see.

not too long ago we bought a horse from Horse barns USA that is a daughter of Doc Romeo. He is one great horse!
