Mojito update

I have been taking pictures in my spare time and just realized I haven't really been sharing them here with all the kiger folk. Mojito is doing very well and loves being out with the boys and rough housing. He is the smallest one, but he definitely holds his own. His best friend is Will Power which is the big TB gelding out there with them and they always eat out of the same feeder. When they aren't eating or grazing, they are racing around the pasture or just standing there face to face playing tag with their teeth lol. He is also learning how to tie and lead (with some excitement going on around him) and is working really well in the round corral.

















Obviously he is very popular...




and for those of you still with terrible weather, here is a glimpse of heaven (we are about to get some nasty weather again)

What great shots Sarah! Look at all that grass...Horsey heaven for sure. That was funny when the tractor was going by, was he just cutting up or did it scare him?

Dianne- He has seen that tractor many times and even did not bother to get up from his sun beam one morning as it drove by, so he was just looking for an excuse to be a crazy boy

These pictures were taken during a break in a big storm we were having. I took a lot of pictures, but I will just throw these on here for your guys' enjoyment.

Well I got my share of enjoyment out of these pictures! Mojito is just a great colt, so full of it. I love that kind of personality! Dianne, you must be smiling seeing him happy and well cared for, in capable hands. It will be 2.5 months before we see grass like that. We got about 12+ inches of snow last week, but into 40's this weekend.

I couldn't wait, so I left my computer on all night to upload this video. I was cold, so that didn't help with holding the tiny camera, but it is still a fun video. There are checks out in the pasture that you may not be able to see, so as their playing, they have to be careful not to trip over them.

I love at the end of Mojito's video after all that fun and horseplay, harassing the big boys, he still opens and closes his mouth to say I'm just a baby ...LOL ;D of which he is

Exactly! He will act big and tough with them, but if they ever start getting more serious, he backs off and says, "don't hurt me!"

We bought one of those blue horse balls and I couldn't wait to try in on Mojito If you thought the last video was fun, this one is even better! Again, this is his very first introduction.

Super video! Loved the one of the trail ride too! What are you using to film with? I've got to get a new camcorder and the colors in your video is so great. You have a real knack for getting great action Sarah! It really captures the horses. Love your 2009 bay TB colt too.
