this is my first attempt at video, so forgive the grainy pic'. I have yet to attempt a catchy tune to go along with the video but I did manage to capture Super and Scout playing in the back pasture. It might have been better if I did not have to use the zoom also. You can hear it was a windy day and those noisy guineas too...LOL. www.youtube.com/watch?v=23Kh86teKB8

Wow, Scout has really grown a bunch too! I was surprised at how tolerant MiniCooper was with the puppy. You would think Super would have the "upper" hand but Mini knew how to hold his own.

Last week I had to seperate them for a couple days, MiniCooper ended up with a bloody lip, as they love to bite each other in the face. So he was locked up to heal, well turn about is fair play Super got a nice bite from Cooper which lead to a bloody chin today. So I have them seperated again, until Super gets a headstart on it healing. Boys will be boys ...LOL All the horses are very tolerant of Wiley the dog, they don't see him as a threat. I am pretty sure he thinks Cooper is a big dog.

Hahaha....I had a black mini named Dinky that my black lab was SURE he was a different smelling dog! They had a blast together....
I bet those boys can play rough....typical of the young'uns! Super and Scout sure are looking old...I have a mule question for you...Do they mature the same as horses or more quickly or slowly???
Thanks for the video....LOVED it!

I am told they mature slower and they definately learn slower, but once they got it, it is stuck. Which is why I try to be very mindful not to train bad habits. Nor do I let the slightest bad behavior slide by. Repetition is really key with Super and routine. I try and work with him everyday. Setting him up for success as well during the training. He gets lots of reward and little correction.
