This is one of my three kitties and my three adult chickens. I have babies too but this is a common occurence where the chickies are against the screen in the outside and the kitties are lined up on the inside

My cat makes a strange strangled sounding meowling thing when she's got birds near her at the window...Does your cat do this with the chickens near by?
Cute picture....Just thinking of all those thoughts that could be going thru the animals heads is a laugh...

stlkigers ...my cats make that noise at birds as well. ;D kigerfan..that is a great picture , I am afraid that would bever occur here, as my chickens are all locked up in a chicken coupe with the exception of crazy chicken, and she would never think of resting next to the slider window.

Great picture--you should send it to LOL Cats www.icanhascheezburger.comMy female cat chatters when she sees a bird, too--it cracks me up. I don't think the male cat makes it, but he's much less prey driven--more cuddle driven.

This photo makes me smile each time I look at it!
My cats chase my chickens. It's pretty funny when it's the 4 month kitten stalking those big birds, lol!

Buffy, the one on the left is completely unbothered by the cats staring at her, as evidenced by her being sound asleep with her head tucked. Paris is much more of a dominant personality and she was just looking at the kitty curiously. Shiloh is very shy, she gets some of her bravery from the other two, otherwise she tends to look away like a wild horse trying to ignore you. Like maybe you'll go away.
