Does anyone have this document written by Bill Phillips, "Spanish Mustangs-Do They Exist". It is approx 40 pages and written in late 1970s or early 1980s?

It was mentioned by Scott on the Kiger Mustang Board that use to be on the InsideTheWeb.com server (2000).

I'll post there but I highly doubt that they have the document. It was written by a BLM employee about finding Spanish Mustang types among wild BLM herds, not something that the SMR or FSMR/AHHR want to perpetuate. But you never know, they just might have it.

Her is the only reference I could find to the paper, but I do not have time to read the document. wonder who is still with BLM that might be able to help?
