Well Nola, at least you had help going over the other side  The last time I tried that on Sundance, I used the mounting block. Got up, got my leg over, he started off and I went straight away over and off the opposite shoulder. That cost me a chiropractic visit |

well went to the doctor today, looks good, but we have to watch for water on the knee getting worse. I chased Stormy and Flashy yesterday and it wasn't too bad, didn't go as fast as i use to but am moving a heck of allot better.

You didn't crack your kneecap, did you? Is it just a really bad bruised knee?

What are you doing chasing horses with that knee woman? If you were a horse you'd be on stall rest!

no cracked knee cap thank goodness, just a bad bruise. I need to help with the horse's and I need to loose weight so hence I chase them, but I am allot slower then I was before.I feel really good. Doctor said I can if I feel up to it but to go easy and I am.

Yesterday I rode Stormy for the first time since my knee got hurt, it was wonderful, I rode for about 30 minutes, will ride again tomorrow. She slid right up to the mounting block I got on, had to readjust my stirrups when done she slid up next to it again to let me dismount. she was wonderful. I know I confused her she is use to my husband's hands, but now it will be just her and me. Jim will ride either Nova, Shooter, or Riddle only, Flashy after she has weaned her baby, but it is just Stormy and me, will post pictures when i can finally download em , my camera is a bit fussy at times,

Well, look at you two!!!!!! That has got to feel special. Here's to many more rides (baby that knee while you're on 2 legs). Keep us posted. this begins a whole new chapter in your relationship with Stormy.

thank you all, I rode today, and it was rough on me not her, my hips would not roll under me if you know what i mean, so my ride was really stiff on my part. It felt like my hips needed to pop.So needless to say I did not ride as long as I really wanted, But tomorrow I will ride again.
