Fescue or Johnson grass toxicosis

Has anyone had any issues with thier broodmares and Fescue or Johnson grass toxicosis? I have done some research, but wanted to know if anyone has first hand experience or knows about any problems others have had.

I believe Melissa Scott had issues with fescue toxicosis a couple years ago. If buying fescue hay make sure it is endophyte free fescue.
