You can order almost anything from SmartPak, shipping is free and the prices I've checked are the same.

i got ya Michelle... we had a salesman take us to lunch trying to sell us that, i think ... hmmm if wonder we bought some. I didnt see horse guard there yesterday but i can check again... My "feed store" is my local Tractor Supply Company, so their selection is limited. But i can go to about three other small stores down by my mother and get better products and more of a variety. I will have to check out SmartPak and see what I can find with them. Thank you all again for all your help. This is what she looked like before s he was bred and when she was in good shape.

Thank you. That bottom picture was actually taken about two years ago, sigh, sadly her stripes arent as visible now but if i get her into a stall and keep her out of the light they come back and so do her dapples. especially in the spring and summer. I am hoping to get them both back and more visible this spring and summer by building her a stall to stay in out of the sun

She doesn't look bad. I would say she is a three on the Henneke scale. I think getting herr off the alfalfa hay is the best thing you can do for her.

Actually, she does not really look nutritionally challenged. I am thinking thyroid so besides getting her off electrolytes and alfalfa, I would do a tablesthingy of sea kelp five days a week, once she stabilizes, I would do three times a week. Do not buy Source as it is not pure or good quality. Ukele has a good product and so does ABC Plus - both online.

thanks... she is photogenic, lol and looks better in photos then in real life. She isnt that bad yet i just really dont want her to get bad. She has started to show improvement in just a week and a half on pasture. Should i give Frodo the kelp as well?

Yes, babies need it six days per week, about half the amount daily.
