Jim and I just bought 40 acres, sign the final papers on the 18th of June. were on our way, we will have to do the well, septic, fencing, but we are one step closer to our dream and retirement. ;D

in Snowflake AZ, East of Flagstaff,South of Holbrook, north west of Showlow...Those fires are about an hour east of the property.It grassy, nice slope,it is actually 2 20 acre parcels...side by side...

we are so excited, and blessed to have found this land. Ane this bd the owner willing to carry us with no money down. So we know this is where we are to raise and promote this breed. Allot to do.

am looking forward to developing this land, and promoting this breed...Listened to a Rick Lamb show, where he said Stallions are unpredictable. Hut i thought, you do not know this breed. He was lumping all stallions together is what I gathered. but he does not know this breed...that is what i want to promote...

i love our stallions for that reason, they are normally so gentile and sweet and respectful
