Karen...I totally agree that a stallion should produce better than he is. We chose to geld Desi because, though he produced well, he did not out produce Charro.

It is so wonderful to hear that there are people out there that actually strive for quality, even if it means gelding the good ones to make way for the great ones. So many times have I seen wannabe owners say that just because they have a stallion they will keep it whole to breed but have no clue what they are doing.
I am hoping to someday have a breeding operation of my own but until I learn a whole lot more about breeding it will just have to wait!!!

So to this I would say, Lui does not throw better than himself, But Dino Definetly does and they are outstanding. I have to figure out who to breed his daughter Dolce to as she is the only one that I have that's still viable. Here is Keeper, 15.3 hds, 3 years old, ready to start his jumper training: Here is Keno, 5 years old, 16hds, jumping in Hawaii: (ridden by owner Katherine Tran) (ridden by 14 year old Morgan) This is Docle: :-) First time under saddle.
